For Aztec RV Resort: After staying at this park for the Orange Bowl game over the New Years holiday I was shocked at the ratings. We found the park to be of very high quality with large lots that were well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. We were not there long enough to experience the cultural issues that seemed to drive the low ratings.

For Aztec RV Resort: As a American I found this place to be great. The staff was super, the check in process was great and the grounds and amenities were clean and well maintained. We only stayed for one week. It appears many campers are staying for a longer term and actually own their lot which gives them time to build relationships with other residents who return year after year. Yes, many of the residents are from Quebec and they do stick together. However I found plenty of people to talk with. There were even a couple of long term American campers who organized activities for those who wanted to participate. The owners do have an image they wish to maintain so they restrict the type and age of rigs they allow.

It is a beautiful upscale RV resort that is very well maintained! The staff has always been courteous and helpful and my advise is when in Rome do as the Romans do. A little flexibility goes a long way as does a Bon Jour.

For Aztec RV Resort: There is no doubt that this is a very nice facility however, if you want WiFi at your lot, it will cost you an extra $95 per month plus a $100 deposit. Not what I would expect for a very expensive resort. Additionally, the water pressure is too low and we had to continually fill the tank for use. Also, this is a French Canadian resort and they are not friendly to Americans.
