For Miami Everglades RV Resort: Not an excellent experience overall. We did not have a reservation, arrived around 10pm hoping for a site. We travelled this way across the country no issues, specially with parks with hundreds of sites, as advertised by this one. Security officer was nice but could not ‘authorize’ our stay even though they were many free sites across the park, and three sites were indicated at the registration office as available for use. He told us we need to register and book the site online to stay here, which was impossible considering it was late and same day registration was no longer possible. Tried calling all the numbers listed, no luck. Security guard kept disappearing and each time he said he will be back in 10 mins with some answers, yet each time he returned it was just to check if we managed to get the online booking done. We were tired and after an hour wanted to leave, but he then advised we can just pay for the site for the next day and he will give us a spot. We paid full price for a spot, and finally managed to park our rig after 90mins since arriving to the site. Paid full price but received a spot next to the dumpsters - in a park known for its beautiful setting, our view was at many large trash cans, it is hot so the smell was noticeable and from early morning hours, folks were dumping their trash smashing the top cover loud so we were up at 6am. Disappointing experience. Glad we had a site to stay at but overall, should have left and regret not going to a different park immediately when we realized this won’t be easy. Would never pay a full price for few hours of experience next to the trash cans.

For Miami Everglades RV Resort: Closely spaced grass sites. No patio for most, despite claims. Overpriced by any comparison. Staff refused our GSC discount, because we didn’t request when reserving site,

For Miami Everglades RV Resort: Nice level pull in spot. Grass site. Close quarters but manageable. Staff very friendly. Big pool, pickle ball, shuffle board, big playing field, club house. Lots of permanent sites very clean. Good cable but pay for wifi $14.50 for week four devices. Did not use bathrooms or showers. Your in a rural area but shopping within 4 miles. Traffic is horrible. Around highway 1. Stayed one week in 36ft. 5th wheel. Would stay again.

For Miami Everglades RV Resort: Low water pressure 40psi and quite hard at around 500ppm. Good sized lots and not too difficult to get into. Plenty of activities. Pickleball Volleyball with beach sand shuffle board decent pool and hot tub. Card playing etc in the club house. Places for kids to play. People seem nice. This is definitely one of the better RV parks on the east coast, if not the best. It’s the best we’ve been to on the East coast. Definitely get an air boat ride at Cooperstown.
