For Rivers End Campground and RV Park: This is a beautiful, clean, friendly and well maintained campground. The white rock that surrounds most sites is a greatly appreciated barrier in a shaded site to the sand and dirt that would otherwise be tracked inside.

For Rivers End Campground and RV Park: We stayed here for a week and enjoyed the laid back feel of the island. We had a premium site and even though we had plenty of room, we were right on the corner at the entrance. There was lots of traffic at that spot. The staff were very nice. A guy helped us get parked and stayed to help get utilities set up. He was so nice and helpful that my husband gave him a tip. The dog park was really muddy so we didn't use it. There was room across from us were tents lots were and no one there so we went there. Be very careful with pets. Our two dogs got in a nest of baby ticks and had about 10 on their face. We thought we got all of them off, but 1 1/2 weeks later we found a big one that was biting one of the dogs. The campground was very clean. There is a path that leads down to the water, but not very close. It was right on the bike path that goes through the island and within walking distance to the lighthouse. We would return again if in the area.

For Rivers End Campground and RV Park: This park is clean and the staff is nice but they pack ?em in! The sites are very close together. We were about 3 feet from our neighbor and five feet from the other. The person across from us came in late so we had headlights in our windows for about 20 minutes while the poor guy tried to maneuver his trailer into his tight spot. I think you can pay extra for preferred sites that have more room. But just the water and electric we had was $55 per night. If you book online you can't pick a site. So if we go again we are going to say that our camper is much bigger so they don't pack us in the small sites. The sites are all white rock. I don't think any of the sites had any grass. Bathrooms were small but clean. Pool was closed and we didn't use he laundry or fitness room so I can't comment on those.
If you want to enjoy Tybee it's the only game in town. And it is definitely not bad. Just make sure you bring earplugs and have shades to keep all the light out.
