For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: Stayed in D section with a 35' travel trailer. Has to be one of the nicest parks we've stayed in. More than plenty of room between campers. Very unusual for a KOA. Super clean and staff was very nice and helpfull

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: Same bad experience. I'm a local and used them often. Very unethical response to a financial transaction issue.... staff was rude and unprofessional in the process.
Very disappointed, will no longer get my business

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: We spent Labor Day weekend here and really enjoyed it. The place was full but pretty quiet. Lots of trees for a KOA. Modest store. Close to the interstate so we could hear the traffic a little bit, but not much. The sites were well maintained. Nice picnic tables and fire rings. Good wifi. Did not use bath house so I cannot comment on it. But based on the cleanliness of the rest of the campground I would guess it to be nice. The owners are really nice and hard working. They had a lot of folks working this weekend to make sure everything ran smoothly. Hayrides for kids. Root beer float social. It was just a nice getaway close to home and we definitely will come back.

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: This KOA has a 48 hour advance cancellation notice requirement. They don't tell you about it, but it is advised in the online reservation and it is printed on the receipt.
I came in off the road and asked for a four day stay. On day two I found out that we have to leave on day three. I asked for a refund of day four and was told "Sorry! We have a 48 hour advance notice requirement and I would have to forfeit the monies for the fourth day." The reasoning, according to the office, is that they couldn't book this site while it was reserved. They wouldn't let me free it up and the ironic thing is that the campground is only about 1/3 full. There are plenty of places to reserve if the need was present.
I've been on the road for 5 years and have stayed at many KOAs, being a 5 year club member. This is a first -- I will be dropping KOA from my future travels -- all because this KOA is sticking to their policy with no regard to fairness to its member(s).
