For Elkhorn Creek RV Park: This was my first campground with Water and Electric hookups in my new TT. It was very pleas at. The outside sites backed up to the Elkhorn Creek. They were deep and very comfortable. The boathouse was very clean and modern. While didn’t use it, the pool looked good.
The staff were very pleasant and easy to work with, as I had to extend the stay. It was very quiet, during the weekdays I was there.
The only issue I had was the WiFi. It had a moderate signal and was an open network. However, you had to accept the connection and it seems to time out regularly. So working remotely ( with a WiFi extender & even just a direct connection, was a bit frustrating. I had to reconnect several times.
Over all a great place and the location worked well. I was visiting friends in Midway, Frankfort and Loiusville.

For Elkhorn Creek RV Park: Excellent campground. Great spot for tents to largest Class “A†and 5th wheels. Very clean campground, nice pool, decent putt-putt, nice creek with fish. Easy drive to bourbon distilleries, and Louisville Slugger museum and factory. Would definitely stay here again. Make sure you get one of their hand-dipped ice cream cones-yum!

For Elkhorn Creek RV Park: Very clean campground as well as the bathroom/facilities. Office personnel were very hospitable. Campground sits in quiet and beautiful environment along the Elkhorn Creek. Would stay again
