For Atlantic Oaks RV Park Campground: The owners (staff) are very accommodating. I had my camper winterized with them, I then received a call from a family member that was having a medical emergency. I was scheduled for Tuesday , I called them and explained my problem. They told me that they would get it done immediately then they went one step further and allowed me to pick it up on Saturday. They are closed on Saturday and the owner met me and open the gate to let me retrieve our camper. Thank you for your concern

For Atlantic Oaks RV Park Campground: Nice campgrounds clean, well-managed & maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, camping sites range from tents to large motorhomes. Easy access to the Cape Cod rail trail without needing to drive to a parking lot or cross any roads. The store is equipped with general RV accessories if needed. Access in and out of the campground onto Rt 6 can be challenging but that is the case for all the businesses along Rt-6.

For Atlantic Oaks RV Park Campground: This is a fabulous place if you can get a spot along the outer edge with the ocean view. Very nice pool. I was a little nervous about the first come first serve, but even in the busiest time in August they did not fill up other than on Friday and Saturday night. So the way it works is: you go in and find a spot then go in and register. If you want to move up to an ocean spot you can do that when one opens up. Great location!

For Atlantic Oaks RV Park Campground: This is a nice, small RV park that’s good to use as a base for exploring the Outer Cape and surrounding area. The biggest pro is that it’s right on the Cape Cod rail trail so you can take bikes and be on the trail to the National Seashore beaches in minutes. The park itself is very clean, lots of trees and well maintained. They do not have a pool or a lot of extra amnenitues that you’d find in a “resortâ€. What they do have is a nice dog run, playground, shaded sites and all full hook ups. When we were there (July 2020) seems to cater to older travelers in class A motorhomes. Granted there were plenty of travel trailers and givers too - just a good amount of high end class A’s. Sites are close together - typical for an RV park - so private camping this is not. You sacrifice privacy for convenience.
