For KOA Holiday Hagerstown Antietam: We stayed here one night while passing through the area. The staff was very nice and friendly, but the campground needed some up keeping. The roads were rough undeveloped gravel and the sites needed mowing and general maintenance. We paid 62 dollars for full hookup, but felt it was overpriced.

For KOA Holiday Hagerstown Antietam: Getting to the park is a challenge on back roads. Some sites are nice and level, ours was not particularly level. Average park.

Passing Through
For KOA Holiday Hagerstown Antietam: We parked here on 09/29/17. The reception is very friendly and family oriented and also pet-friendly. We can see how kids like it because of the additional animals (goats and chickens) and the craft-and movie center. The staff is cheer- and helpful. No doubt! We appreciate that. That being said, if you look for quiet and down time, like we did, you might want to look elsewhere. While here for two nights the park had lots of kids gearing up for trick-or-treat and going from camper to camper a month before Halloween! We appreciate pet- friendly and we travel with 3 medium-sized dogs, but there are a lot of small yapping dogs not controlled by their owners. The campground is at full capacity and the camp spots are really tight and squeezed together. Tonight at 7:50 pm we can hear drag-racing from nearby. Don't know if that goes on every night but it is really obnoxious!
The showers need renovations. For the price we paid for this KOA at $54 / night, I think we got short-changed. We are glad to leave tomorrow!

Frush
For KOA Holiday Hagerstown Antietam: We stopped for an overnight stay. At 10:00 PM all I can hear are crickets and there are lots of people here. Our site was almost level and just fine. This camp has lots of tiered gardens, cabins really nestled into the woods, some penned animals-goats, chickens, and one pot-bellied pig (if you're into that). I am not. There is a river near some of the sites. The bathroom was super clean. We'd stay here again. One really must follow the signs; we would never have found it otherwise.
