For RO Hannah - Roosevelt State Park: Have stayed here twice, both pleasant experiences. Lakeside sites, both level. Well-spaced sites, hiking trails, quiet park, friendly personnel. Old park, so roads are old and narrow. At half the sites, the picnic tables are on the wrong side, so if you really want to use it that could be an annoyance. Full hookups, convenient and easy to use sewer placement. The bathhouse is clean, no mold, hot water, heated facility, but very basic. I like this ‘old’ campground better that the CCC campground across the lake.

For RO Hannah - Roosevelt State Park: Easy access off Route 20. We stayed in the original loop (30 amp service). We hoped for a relatively level spot for a one night stop and found the lakeside spots wouldn’t work. Ended up in site #36. Nice campground with some hiking/walking trails. Didn’t use shower house. Would definitely stop again and explore the area more.

For RO Hannah - Roosevelt State Park: Nice state park with easy access from I-20. earlier reviews on roads are accurate, however we were in a van so very easy to access. The update from previous reviews is that the bathrooms were very clean and the shower was hot. Would stop there again.

Meandering Moores
For RO Hannah - Roosevelt State Park: It's a beautiful forested park. We were in the RO Hannah loop which is in the older part. Big rigs will be difficult to maneuver here. We had booked site 1 but were unable to back our 39' 5er in since there simply was no room, had to move to Site 3 which fortunately wasn't booked, and it was still difficult. The roads are very narrow, sites #s 1 through 6 on the lake side are very sloped and have steep drop-offs on both sides of the pad. We never were able to get the rig completely level, fortunately we were only there overnight so that didn't matter. But now we know which sites to avoid we'd definitely return for another longer stay.
