For Desert Eagle RV Park: This was an exceptional experience from the time we arrived until we left. Stay in one of the circles with plenty of room and very specious site. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to visit with. Will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this Famcamp.

For Desert Eagle RV Park: Someone got greedy. A recent addition to Desert Eagle RV Park doubled the number of campsites available but is turning a lovely campground into a trailer park. The new sites are too narrow (RVs are right on top of each other and the neighbor's sewer connection is right by your door) and the sites are not long enough (we had to park our tow vehicle on the road). Newly planted trees will become a problem as they grow bigger. There is no Wifi in the new area and the community room has not been enlarged to accommodate the increased number of campers. Many folks at Desert Eagle are there for the entire winter season. There are lots of open pits where the contractor has not completed the work and apparently has issues with either water or sewer connections. If you stay here, ask for the premium sites in the old part of the campground. That is lovely with plenty of mature trees and lots of room between campers. Double check any paperwork you give the office because things keep getting misplaced.

For Desert Eagle RV Park: Stayed several nights here. We were in the new spots. They were pretty tight and I wouldn't consider ideal if I was staying for a long time. It was super clean and well maintained. The camp hosts were nice. The older section looked more ideal for a long term stay. Lots of landscaping and space between sites. We'd stay again.

For Desert Eagle RV Park: What a refreshing break after some places we have been. The camp host led us to the spot and waited while we backed in and showed us all the hookups. The park was clean and quiet. The park was in the process of renovation and is being expanded. In spite of that the equipment and materials used for this was neat and tidy. There were some people that you could tell had been there for awhile and their areas were kept organized and covered. There were pet run areas and "potty" bags available for each area. Picnic tables at each site and trees and bushes gave it that "homey" feel. Had a great time and will come again. Camp hosts were informative and knowledgeable about the area. For those who might need medical care the hospital was about a mile away. We will definitely be back.
