For Shady Acres RV Park: Ignore the old “voted cleanest park” billboard. Green River State Park is MUCH cleaner, though it lacks sewer connections. Our rough gravel site took four lego blocks on stb side to level our trailer. Dusty dead ‘green’ in lieu of a patio. This old park needs maintenance. Give it a pass.

For Shady Acres RV Park: This is an older park that shows it's age. We stayed two nights in late April because all the parks in Moab were full. We visited Arches & Canyonlands National Parks, which were about an hours drive away. Sites were gravel. Our site was a full hook-up, drive-through one. Did not use the bathroom or laundry facilities. They have a nice, fenced dog area where dogs can run off leash. Would stay again.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Excellent RV park. Allows late arrivals if you call up. Clean restrooms. If you're tent camping, there is a train line nearby. It's not extremely busy, but you may get woken up about 3-4 times by trains. Pricing is hard to beat for the amenities.

For Shady Acres RV Park: Nice dog park. Front office very nice and helpful. Pull through spots with some trees and grass. Neighbors were quiet, easy area. Didn't use community bathrooms/laundromat so can't say how they were. Only stayed 1 night.

Also give you a discount on gas if you buy at their gas station in front of campground.
