For Fossil Valley RV Park: Gravel pull through sites. Showers clean but pay. Internet did not work no cable tv.

For Fossil Valley RV Park: This was a last minute stop for my husband and myself. I was very surprised at the owner's attitude. He was very pleasant and friendly. I called him and told him what type of hookups we wanted and it was not a problem. When we checked in I got to walk and check out the sites and pick which one would be great for us. We are members of GSC so received a discount. The Wi-fi was free, but there was a $1.00 charge for cable, which we were ok with paying and we got 150 channels. The sites are long gravel sites and wide with nice shade trees and panic tables. There is some noise from the road, but not enough to keep us awake. It's in a good location with many places to eat within walking distance. Its a nice place to stay for a night or two.

For Fossil Valley RV Park: This is the campground that time forgot. It had a neglected feel to it. The grass needed mowing. There were extra charges for cable, wifi ( which did not work), 50 amp service, and bathroom use. The spaces were too close together and my 38' fifth wheel did not fit in the site. There was good shade and the campground is right on the main road. It took two days to finally meet the owner who seemed too tired to be bothered.

For Fossil Valley RV Park: We needed a place to stay overnight in Vernal. I used allstays and found this great private RV park. There were several long-term residents. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the park was very well maintained. The bathrooms and laundry were cleaner than my own home (and I'm a neat freak). Very reasonable rates and located in town. Shady areas and close to grass field for dog walking.
