For Bayou Bend RV Resort: Wonderful park! Welcoming staff, level sites, very clean grounds, EXCELLENT laundry facilities (they take credit cards so no need to scrounge for quarters), comfortable and private showers, and really conveniently located. Yes there was a little road noise, but not enough to bother us. Let me emphasize, it is very well maintained. There may be some full time residents there, but everyone's sites were tidy and clean. We had a very sweet and polite and QUIET boxer (dog) next to us. I highly recommend Bayou Bend, and will stay here again if we are ever in the area. Oh, and their WiFi was GREAT!

For Bayou Bend RV Resort: We like this place. I took off one star for no dog park, but they do have lots of grass. This park is not easy to get to (GPS gives the wrong exit), but once inside you're greeted by Cindy. She's super helpful and nice. The grounds are clean with nice wide concrete roads and sites. Really pleasant.

For Bayou Bend RV Resort: After reading reviews we had the opportunity to drive by and check out the park. It is nothing like what previous posts mentioned. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Excellent showers and restroom combinations, very clean and well maintained. Nice concrete pads for our RV and amenities, pet friendly.
Yes appears some people are longer term, but everyone has nice RV in very good shape.
If you are looking for a clean well maintained RV park please give them a try

For Bayou Bend RV Resort: Cabins are budget rentals at best. Says they sleep 4, but "4th" bed is a loft space with no bedding or mattress. Management says to buy an air mattress from Wal-Mart for that (Really??!!). 2nd and 3rd beds are small bunk beds in the hallway, with no space around them. Air conditioning has issues half the time. Management provides terrible service; they act nice until you sign the dotted line. Then you better have all the people there to check out; they won't let you in to get your stuff unless you're on the paperwork.
