For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: Great website, Fast and Friendly Service. This place is ran remotely. The website pictures are very much overstated. $38 April 2021, No picnic tables or bbq. Very Basic! Located in a run down area of town. It could use better signage at the RV entrance ...

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: Pretty good spot for a night or two. The wife and I along with our 12 y/o daughter and 2 fur babies stopped here. No frills. Good E/W&S. Well maintained lots.

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: After-hours check-in is rather odd. No management on site at 6 pm. Handwritten notes on the door of an old house warn you to not take a site without talking to Jerry. We left a voice mail and sat in the entrance searching Allstays for another place. Jerry returned my call, was friendly, but assigned us to a terrible spot (3A) atop an old building foundation right at the entrance. Many empty sites further in, in a cleaner, neater area, away from the highway and the pickups flying into the park (no speed limit signs), but here he put us. The park has potential, but needs on-site management (a work-camper host would do). Oh well, it’s only one night for $29.00.

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: I don’t understand the lower reviews Jerry is an awesome guy very fun to talk to. He’s a one-man show the check in is a little bit confusing but if you read all the notes on the door next to the box it’s very basic and easy to understand. $35 a night $32 for military in good Sam that’s for two people each additional person is two dollars more. The RV park is beautiful and clean yes it is behind the house in the city but super private lot to beautifully mowed green grass to play in -very nice park with gravel sites but pretty level - water electric and sewer and super super quiet - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay the night or even for a couple days not a bad place - if you’re looking for a five-star hotel for your million dollar RV then of course head down the road where you can get your cable and Wi-Fi - latte and golf As for the people in the park seem to be very nice - We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area
