For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: I don’t understand the lower reviews Jerry is an awesome guy very fun to talk to. He’s a one-man show the check in is a little bit confusing but if you read all the notes on the door next to the box it’s very basic and easy to understand. $35 a night $32 for military in good Sam that’s for two people each additional person is two dollars more.
The RV park is beautiful and clean yes it is behind the house in the city but super private lot to beautifully mowed green grass to play in -very nice park with gravel sites but pretty level - water electric and sewer and super super quiet - if you’re looking for somewhere to stay the night or even for a couple days not a bad place - if you’re looking for a five-star hotel for your million dollar RV then of course head down the road where you can get your cable and Wi-Fi - latte and golf
As for the people in the park seem to be very nice - We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: Stayed for one night on our way through. The check in system was a bit,... Out of date.
We checked the website and it said $32 for up to 4 people. When you check in, the paper you fill out (no one there to check you in) says $35 +$2 for each extra over 2 people.
A difference of $7 so we didn't fuss. Gravel sites, no fires, no table,... nothing fancy so, I thought it was a bit high for the amenities.
Grounds were pretty clean.

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: Grounds very neat. Permanent residents seemed to have most of the shade. We were there when heat index was 105 so the shrubs around campsite did not give much relief. If they could plant a tree or two even around the out side drive to give some relief at end of day would be a blessing

For Southgate RV Park of Fayetteville: We were traveling home and decided to stop for the night. I called around 8pm and got an answering machine which isn't a big deal since it stated there are sites available.
We arrived and I went to the house as told by the answering machine. There are notes all over the door from the owner and one was a few days old. One stated that only Jerry could assign sites and you had to get ahold of him. Yet there were camper registration forms there too to fill out and drop in a locked mail box.
We picked a spot and found the sites are not level and the cable is not and has not been working. The Internet connection does not connect (we tried on various items like iPods, iPads and lap tops)
Laundry is a rip off! $5.50 to wash and dry PLUS it was literally in the bathroom.
There was a trailer with old soiled mattresses sitting in the grassy area.
The lawn is well mowed and there are cute little gazebos around to relax at with chairs in them.
I recommend this place only if stopping for the night.
