For Kit Carson RV Park: Spent 4 nights in a short Class A towing. Pull through was adequate, a bit unlevel as all spaces and roads are dirt. Very quiet and nice people. Older park with many long termers. Suggest being self-contained as bath house was questionable. Would stay again.

For Kit Carson RV Park: We had a great visit here. Park was quiet and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Deja especially made our visit super! I saw that this park had some older bad reviews and almost didn’t stay. It’s such a great park today. I understand new management is here now and they are doing great. We will be back.

For Kit Carson RV Park: Well, it is quiet, and some of the negative part of the stay was due to the snow and mud, But having only one bathroom for over night campers that was closed form 7pm to 7 am was a big negitive. I see why deposit is nonrefundable. I made reservation on the phone in the afternoon, and nonrefundable was mentioned several times. We pulled in about 5 to look at our spot before we went out for dinner. Office was closed, since winter hours are 10-2. got map, found our spot before we went to dinner. Got back about 9. discovered our electrical service had a bad ground so ran cord over to neighboring site. No one bothered us, most of sites look like year round rentals or storage for rigs. Since walmarts don't allow parking, and all other campgrounds nearby we closed until may, this was only choice Not the best but it worked for us.

For Kit Carson RV Park: Horrible experience with no help from the staff. Was told we had a spot and can arrive anytime after 11am. Arrived at 1 pm to find someone in our spot. Staff apologized and said we can’t have a refund and that the other RV was supposed to be gone already. Did nothing about the other RV and refused a refund. Tight spots and bumpy roads to top it off. Stay away from this RV park!!!!!!
