For KOA Holiday Des Moines West: Clean laundry area, very nice people, well maintained, easy level site. Exactly what we needed. Ok there was a lot of flys for some reason, but our kitten was very entertained by them.

For KOA Holiday Des Moines West: One of the nicest KOAs we have stayed at. There is even a catch & release fishing pond. Very nice!

For KOA Holiday Des Moines West: Everything was great except for the primitive camp area is all around the dog’s park….so the smell and the flies were just not something we enjoyed. 👎

For KOA Holiday Des Moines West: We stayed @ site 58, FHU, Pull through, 50amp, 7/15 -7/16. Site was large, nice spacing, level. RV door facing east so no hot afternoon sun. Nice dog parks, side by side fenced in about 100' square. Campground about 2 miles from I-80, 18 miles from Winterset, IA, John Waynes birthplace, also Bridges of Madison County are close. Large store, great selection, pool, playground, quiet. Could stay a couple days.
