For Fireside Resort: The only positive about this campground is the location to the interstate. Oh, the electricity worked! Showers were all out of order except 1 and it was sketchy looking. Was here a couple years ago and it was almost as bad. I won’t list the rest of our negatives because it is ALL negative and I don’t do bad reviews (If you cant say something nice, don’t say anything!!). If I had read the other reviews, we wouldn’t have stopped. My advice is to stay elsewhere.

For Fireside Resort: What a joke! Had to pull in, been drive all day close to 400 miles. This place should be condemned!! Paid 34$’s for 30amp hookup. As one other poster stated, place was loaded with muddy roads and sites. Person who checked us in kept apologizing for the campground and told us they just took it over. Run away and don’t look back!

For Fireside Resort: Fireside Resort Campground, don't let the word "Resort" fool you. This is no resort, but a flat piece of land with no trees next to a busy and noisy interstate. The pool looks like it's been closed for years and is very small. The bathrooms and showers are in separated areas of the main building. The showers and bathrooms could be cleaner. A stall in the Men's bathroom has been "Out of Order" for the entire week since we arrived. The main office is usually closed until the owner needs to do some paperwork. You'll need to call the number and leave a message if you have any questions or issues. The dump site needs repairing and looks like it will never be fixed. I was going to purchase propane when leaving, but not now. I'll get it elsewhere when we're near our new destination.
